Frozen No-gurt

With the whole frozen yogurt craze going on, one feels pretty left out being a vegan….well not anymore!!! This frozen no-gurt will have your tastebuds singing!! With only 100 calories per serving, skinny people everywhere will rejoice!!
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
½ cup light coconut milk (could use soy or almond milk)
5 oz tofu (silken or firm variety will work)
½ fresh orange
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen strawberries
Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix until well blended
Enjoy immediately.
Makes 4 servings
